Setting up projects

The platform offene.jade-hs.de can be used for course offerings and projects by members of the Jade UAS that take place together with people from outside the Jade UAS.

Login with your Jade UAS access data
Request a moodle course room: Moodle-Kursraum bestellen - request course

Grant guest access

Courses can be opened for guests, these can then be viewed without login but cannot be edited. The course can also be displayed in the “Courses with guest access” list

1) Activate guest access

First activate the enrolment method “Guest access”/“Gastzugang” in the course as usual, if necessary with a password/enrolment key.

2) Den Hinweis “Gastzugang” einstellen

Den Hinweis “Gastzugang” aktivieren (erscheint in der Kursübersicht): Im Kurs im Reiter “Einstellungen” unter “Weitere Felder” das Feld “Gastzugang” anhaken.

3) Show course in the Course search “Courses with Guest access”

In the course go to the tab “Settings”
In “Tags” enter the exact entry “-Gastzugang”

Tagged courses will appear in the Search for “Courses with Guest access”
